The Bismarck Tri, now in it's second year will encompass a chilly swim with a scenic bike and run course. Starting at the Misty Waters Marina - 3 miles north of Bismarck - you will swim in the chilly waters of the Missouri River, then transition to a challenging but scenic bike course that have you overlooking the Missouri River as you ride against what is usually a predictable North Dakota breeze. Finally, you will finish with the run on a flat fast course. This course was commented on my many of our seasoned triathletes as one of the best in the region.
