Q. "Hey, Jimmy. I just switched over to organic vegetables. The cost is outrageous! I was thinking of growing some of my own this spring. What are the easiest choices for someone with a not so green thumb?."
A. When learning to ride a bicycle, you don't read up on aerodynamics, physics, gravity and inertia. Instead, you simply get a bike and give it a go. Gardening can be rough for the beginner, so you should do some amount of research on each specific plant. As always, read, read, read. Check out these resources.
